Let’s admit it, we’ve all had those days when we’re craving a ice cold treat… And what’s better than being able to satisfy your craving without compromising your clean eating regime?
I am so thankful I discovered this recipe, or I don’t know how I would’ve made it through summer. So simple, quick and 100% healthy!
The Easiest Healthiest ‘Ice Cream’ You’ll Ever Eat + Variations
2 bananas (chopped into slices and frozen)
2-4tbsp milk to help combine
Handful of nuts (for crunch factor! Optional)
Just throw all TWO ingredients into the blender, blitz up and devour.
Add 1-2tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter of choice)
Add 3/4c. berries of choice
Add 4 chopped medjool dates (soak for 10mins prior)
Add 1/2-1tbsp raw cacao powder and top with cacao nibs
Add 1-2tbsp desiccated coconut and use coconut milk
Add 1/2-1tsp matcha green tea powder
There you have it! Told you it was easy didn’t I?
Feel free to mix it up and top with your favorites. I love topping mine with toasted muesli, coconut flakes and fresh fruits.
