Since going vegan I’ve been incorporating a lot of fruit meals into my diet, I love the way it makes me feel, so energized and refreshed it’s amazing!
Today I want to share with you all my top smoothie recipe at the moment- inspired by Freelee. It’s deliciously sweet and so simple to whizz up!
Banana Date Smoothie
Makes 2-3L (1 Serving for a meal)
7-8 frozen bananas (They don’t have to be frozen, but it gives it a creamier texture and helps make it chilled)
8 medjool dates (pitted)
1. Add bananas and dates to the blender (Use a strong blender especially if your bananas are frozen- mine is a blendtec)
2. Pour in enough water to cover the bananas and dates
3. Blend till smooth and sip on it over the next while.
