Creamy Cacao Coconut Oatmeal
1 Serving

Use organic ingredients whenever possible

1/2c. oats
1/3c. water
2/3c. coconut milk
1 banana (mashed)
4 medjool dates (pitted and cut into small pieces)
1tbsp. coconut sugar
1-2tbsp. cacao powder

1. Bring water to boil in saucepan, add oats, on low heat (This contributes to making the oatmeal creamy! But if you’re in a rush and don’t mind, then feel free to turn it up)
2. Once water is absorbed, pour in half of the coconut milk and stir continuously.
3. Mash up the banana and add to the oats along with the dates, coconut sugar and cacao.
4. Once oats begin to thicken, add remaining milk and stir. Cook until preferred consistency is achieved.
