Banana Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

On these chilly winter mornings, nothing beats a beautiful dish of baked oatmeal. Banana is a great natural sweetener, and the blueberries add a little bit of spice and juice. The perfect amount of crunch and gooeyness, tastes like a freshly baked cake! This is defiantly one of my top picks for the season.

  2. This is the perfect treat! Exactly what I was looking for for breakfast today! So excited to start making this. Looks so delicious! I just recently decided to go vegan and it’s quite tough as I am only 15, but your recipes have been a great help! Thank you so much! xx
