Tutti fruitie Smoothie
Makes approx 1.5L
1tbsp. chia seeds
3/4c. mixed berries (I used frozen)
handful of grapes (optional)
300ml. water (more or less depending on your preferred consistency)
1. Peel the oranges and grapefruit and cut into smaller pieces.
2. Cut up and core the nectarine.
3. Add all the fruits to the blender and blend until smooth.
4. Drink up! I love serving mine with fresh fruits, perfection right there!
